The experience gained with the first range of OXOline combined with the appearance of the process of Vinification Intégrale (complete vinification in barrel) made it possible to highlight new needs for our customers:

• Possibility to remove full barrels with the use of electrical equipment or with a forklift
• Possibility to organize the structures according to curved shapes
• Possibility to stack barrels of different volumes on a unique support
• Possibility to use the structures in stainless steel
• Possibility to stack more barrels in the same volume
• Easier access to the bung Easier rotation of puncheons (350, 400 and 500L)

These new concerns enabled us to feed a new reflexion witch led to the drafting and the deposit of a new patent. A complete range of products is now available under the name OXOline 2. These supports make it possible to gather the barrels by family (sizes) according to the drawing below :

• 225/228/265L 300/350/400L

Principle: the barrels are supported by horizontal cantilever beams. This beam is equipped with elastic parts (compact version), with 4 rollers (standard version for 225 – 228 and 265 L), or with 8 rollers (300 – 350 and 400 L in the standard version).
These horizontal beams are required in the back for a vertical tubular frame.
The shape of the feet depends on the number of stacking levels and on the type of barrels to store.
The feet can be adapted to important slopes of ground or, for economic reasons, they can be directly put on the ground.
These are self-supporting structures.

The whole of these structures can be supplemented by a completion of 3 types:

• Galvanized,
• Steel Stainles,
• Steel Black plastic coat (700 μm).

Quality : these constructions were validated by CETIM and are in conformity with the safety requirements.
